Five Best Pakistani Dramas ,People Want to Watch Again And Again

1) Diyar e Dil

This Drama is written by my favourite writer Farhat Ishtiaq and it is also available in the form of Novel.

Plot ✔

Agha jaan along with his two Sons Behroz and Suhaib lives in a beautiful valley.Behroz and Suhaib are very close to eachother.

Behroz refuses to marry agha jaan's coice (arjumand) and wants to marry Rohina.

After getting disowned by Agha jaan, Behroz leaves the house and marries Ruhina while Arjumand is forced to marry Suhaib. 

Suhaib and Arjumand comes closer to each other after the birth of their son Wali.

Faraah is the daughter of Behroz and Ruhina. 

After twenty years Suhaib dies and after his death Behroz reunites with agha jaan and Suhaib's family and faraah comes in Wali's nikah.

Ruhina doen't like the decision and leaves Behroz bcoz of her brother's manipulation. Heart broken Behroz dies and Faraah loves her mamu's Son Moeez and demands divorce from Wali.

Wali kidnaps Faraah and agrees to divorce faraah but first ask her to live three months with agha jaan. 

Gradually faraah understands the lies told by her mother, Moeez and Mamu and fell in love with Wali.

I also like the first half of drama but 2nd half is my favourite when Story of Wali and Faraah starts. 

This Drama is a must watch.
 

2) Daam

Maleeha and Zara both are medical students and best friends.

Maleeha is the daughter of two renowned doctors and belongs to an upper class family while Zara belongs to a lower middle class family.At Zara's house the only thing which is consistent is stress and problems. Despite of their status differences Maleeha is really kind towards Zara.
Maleeha is very close to her brother junaid.After meeting and interacting with each other junaid and Zara fell in love.
Junaid and Zara's chemistry shown in the drama is so adorable.  There are alot of cute romantic scenes.

Junaid and Zara keep their relationship secret bcoz Junaid wants to surprise Maleeha but before that Maleeha somehow comes to know about their relationship and it is a real shock to her to know that they were hiding their relationship from her and from here her thinking changed, she don't want a lower middle class girl to marry her brother.

Fiza who is cousin and sister in law of Maleeha manipulates her against Zara and wants to marry Junaid.

There are other characters and so many things in drama that make this drama an absolute treat to watch. If you're looking for a good drama to enjoy, Daam is a definite choice.

3) Mohabbat Subha ka Sitara hai

Written by Umera Ahmed and also available in form of Novel

This Serial is close to my heart. 

Romaisa is an orphan girl who lives with her cruel greedy aunt.
Romaisa works in a office where the boss is Nabeel who belongs to an upper class family. Nabeel wants to marry Romaisa because of her Simplicity and innocent nature and marries her.

Everyone in Nabeel's house behave badly with Romaisa except Zeeshan who is a police officer and mostly away from his home because of his job.  After few months Nabeel dies in a plane crash and things get worse for poor Rumaisa. It is found that Nabeel willed all his wealth to Romaisa who was expecting Nabeel's child. Romaisa's father in law force Zeeshan to have a paper marriage with Romaisa, pretending that this is for her security. Zeeshan is in nikkah with Rabbia (Meera Sethi) but when Zeeshan discuss his father's wish with Rabbia,

Rabbia gets divorce. Heartbroken Zeeshan marries Romaisa but remains indifferent to her.

Later on due to some injury, Zeeshan has to live in his house with Romaisa and Maham(Romaisa's daughter) and he gets attached with both Maham and Romaisa.

 To know the whole story, do watch the drama. 

This Drama is a must watch.There are also other characters in the drama who performed very well.

4) Yakeen ka safar 

This Drama is written by my favourite writer Farhat Ishtiaq, you can also read the novel.

Plot ✔

The main story of drama revolves around Dr Zoubia(Sajal Aly) and Dr Asfandyar(Ahad Raza Mir). Both of them have faced challenges in their lives which changed their personality over time. In the start of the Drama,  Dr Asfandyar is shown as a jolly and full of life medical student but later after the death of his elder brother Barrister Daniyal

and the challenges he and his family faced, he becomes very serious. His fiance whom he loves, leaves him when he needed her the most

After all that he prefers to live in soltitude and behaves harsh with everyone and becomes a cold doctor. 

On the other hand drama also shows the life of Dr Zubiya who belongs to a middle class and conservative family and how after the death of her mother and father she is thrown out of her house by her brother and his wife and after facing many difficulties she met Dr Asfandyar and joined his hospital as a lady doctor. 

In the start Asfi behaves very rude and harsh with Zubia

but gradually they both fell in love.

Although the first fifteen episodes are also good but this drama becomes more interesting later on. 

This serial was channel's biggest hit of 2017 after Alif Allah Aur Insaan.
People specially girls fell in love with the character of Dr Asfandyar after watching this drama. 😛

5) Durr e Shehwar

This Drama is written by most famous witer Umera Ahmed

Samina Pir Zada as Durr e Shehwar (Old)

Qavi Khan as Mansoor (Old) 

Plot✔

The main story revolves around durr e Shehwar ( Sanam Baloch) and Mansoor (Mikaal Zulfiqar)

After the marriage when Shehwar moves to Mansoor's house , Mansoor's mother shows a cold behaviour towards Shehwar and she doesn't apperciate Shehwar for her good qualities

and Mansoor also neglects shehwar on the words of his mother. Mansoor and his family members are constantly judging her.At this difficult time Shehwar had his father to guide her.

The conversations between Shehwar and her father are the soul of the drama. Muhammad Ali (Shehwar' father) made his character memorable by his outstanding performamce. 

Durr e Shehwar is the story of two generations. 

Later on Shehwar's daughter Shandana(Nadia Jamil) also faces difficulties in her marriage life. Both Shandana and Haider (Nouman Masood) are impatient and uncompromising.

 At this point Old Shehwar (Samina Pir Zada) guide Shandana just the same way his father did long time ago. The drama focuses on the importance of being patient specially through the first few years of the marriage and it also shows how important it is to have someone to guide you through difficult times. Shewar had her father to guide her and Shehwar did the same to her daughter.

All of These five Dramas are from my two favourite writers Umera Ahmed and Farhat ishtiaq. I also love to read their novels.
